Refund policy
We like to think that fortune favours the brave — you took a chance on Catch Me If I Fall, so why should you be penalised if it turns out not to be for you? Fragrance is one of the most personal choices we make, and a scent that calls to you may still not feel right on your skin once you live with it. That is why every order of Catch Me If I Fall includes a 2ml sample, so you can take your time before opening the full bottle.
If, after trying your sample, you would like to return the 50ml, we are happy to accept it within 14 days of receiving your order — as long as the bottle comes back to us unopened and unused, you will be refunded in full, no postage to pay.
To start a UK return, email us at info@lapyae.com and we'll send you a prepaid label as quickly as we can. (Our self-service returns portal is being upgraded and will be back shortly.) Print it out, stick it on the box your fragrance arrived in, and pop the original packing slip back inside (or, if you no longer have it, a slip of paper with your name, address and order number). Place the bottle carefully inside, secure your parcel, and take it to your nearest post office. There is nothing extra to pay. And while we are sorry that Catch Me If I Fall wasn't for you, we promise to make this returns process as quick and easy as we possibly can.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
If your fragrance bottle is damaged or used, we can not offer a refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, bottle unused and unopened. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process it at their end. If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you've still seen nothing, do email us at info@lapyae.com and we'll chase it.
